Fantasy Favorites!
Jacory “Bill” Croskey-Merritt (RB - Washington Commanders)
• All aboard the hype train! With Brian Robinson now traded to San Fran and Austin Ekeler unlikely to handle every down work, Croskey-Merritt aka “Bill” has the opportunity to play an early-down role and be a true league winner. Paired with an elite QB and an improved offensive line, BCM has the chance to become a top 20 RB with massive upside.
Drake Maye (QB - New England Patriots)
• One of the most popular sleepers for 2025, Drake Maye easily makes this list for league winners. Once he became the full time starter, he averaged 16.8 fantasy points per game. Maye has immense potential as a passer, but it's his rushing ability can really make him elite. Maye had 421 rushing yards last season and there's potential for much more. At North Carolina, Maye had 698 rushing yards in 14 games. Maye should have it a little easier in the passing game this year with New England adding OC Josh McDaniels, beefing up its offensive line and adding weapons like Stefon Diggs and TreVeyon Henderson. The Drake Maye breakout year has come.
Jaylen Warren (RB - Pittsburgh Steelers)
Jaylen Warren is going to be one of the biggest surprises in fantasy football. Yes, he should once again be part of a split backfield in Pittsburgh, Najee is gone and he’s now paired with rookie Kaleb Johnson who doesn’t have the resume that Najee does. Over his career, Warren has averaged 61.7 scrimmage yards per game and has averaged 4.8 yards per carry over his NFL career but has never averaged more than 8.8 carries per game. This year that will change with Aaron Rodgers in town. Warren has already seen all the first time reps and seems to already have the trust of Rodgers, which is the biggest thing. Draft him with confidence and with even more confidence in PPR.
